What We Do

We use the power of pictures in learning and change processes.
When you experience us at work you will see us listening a lot, asking questions, drawing on walls, mapping your bits and pieces of information, making syntheses, listing and prioritising, clustering and structuring and facilitating dialogues around what has been created.
In the end we will have helped you make sense of a lot of data, or helped you simplify the complex. We may have designed compelling and easy to understand visuals which can help you get everyone on the same page. We may assisted you in building a visual language for change which everyone in your organisation can use. Or we will have assisted you in re-thinking how to hold meetings, organise seminars and conferences and develop you the talent and leadership in your organisation.
To achieve this we have built a methodology for group learning and engagement. This is based on visual language, systems theory, complexity theory, psychology and communication.
